NOTIFAL/ (Especial)   Marcel Granier, ex-director general del extinto canal Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV), en entrevista en Globovisión  aseguró que la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos resolvió que los tribunales del país no trabajan al pie de la Constitución en el cierre del caso de RCTV ante la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CorteIDH).

La comisión después de estudiar el caso resolvió que "los tribunales de venezuela no trabajaban de acuerdo a lo que dice la constitución" (Leer la Constitución Nacional de Venezuela, sobre quien otorga y puede renovar las concesiones del espectro radioeléctrico) " En vista de esas violaciones la comisión le envía a el estado venezolano un informe y le solicita que cumpla con unas condiciones" ???? , dijo.
Sostuvo que en medio de toda "la disputa legal" con el Estado, "el Gobierno"  le ofreció comprar el canal. "Ellos lo que quieren es implantar en Venezuela un sistema de comunicación como Cuba",dijo.  En cuanto a la negativa del Gobierno Central " de no aceptar el fallo de la CIDH", el canal procederá a reclamar ante la misma instancia internacional

La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) presentó el pasado 9 de mayo ante la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CorteIDH) el Caso No. 12.828, Marcel Granier y otros – RCTV, Venezuela.

El caso se relaciona con la decisión del Estado venezolano DE NO RENOVAR LA CONCESION del canal Radio Caracas Televisión. En su informe, la Comisión concluyó,sin leer la Constitución Nacional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, a petición de los capitalistas, que esta decisión fue violatoria del derecho a la libertad de expresión, del derecho a la igualdad y no discriminación, y del DEBIDO PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO.
 Nota: En honor a la verdad, objetividad e imparcialidad de la información, le recomendamos a USTED AMIGO(A) LECTOR(A) buscar en el TEXTO CONSTITUCIONAL A QUIEN LE CORRESPONDE RENOVAR, O NO RENOVAR UNA CONCESION VENCIDA???,  y así pueda aclarar usted mismo a "LA COMISION INTERAMERICANA DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS" y al Sr. Marcel Granier, para que antes de emitir opiniones fascistas para FALSEAR LA VERDAD ante la opinión pública internacional, (porque de seguro, Mister Barack Obama se los cree) aprendan primero a LEER LA CONSTITUCION NACIONAL y no sigan "enmarañando" expedientes utilizando el mismo modelo de los estafadores de las empresas inmobiliarias.
